NEW - 2008 DC Walk to Cure Diabetes Photo's

What: Join more than 4,500 local participants from the DC area walking to raise $1.6 Million to support research to find a cure for juvenile (type 1) diabetes. Besides the Walk itself, the day will include plenty of free food, live entertainment, games for kids, cheerleaders, festivities both before and after the event.Enjoy music by MIX 107.3, great food and beverages provided by our sponsors

Why: JDRF’s mission is to find a cure for diabetes and its complications through the support of research. Since its inception in 1970, JDRF has awarded more than $1.16 billion to diabetes research.

JDRFI is a 501(c)(3) organization, EIN#23-1907729. Please contact JDRF staff for a blank receipt to give to donors. All donations (including membership donations) are tax deductible.
